Cherri Global Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Rick Braddock as an independent
director of the Company. Rick will fulfil the chair role for the Company and brings a wealth of
governance experience with past and current directorships covering primary and property sectors as
well as banking, advisory services, and various CEO roles in New Zealand.

In addition, he has extensive relations with Iwi across New Zealand covering directorships and advisory
roles. Rick is a Lincoln College and Stanford graduate, a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Directors,
a retired Registered Valuer, and a Senior Member of the NZ Property Institute.

Cherri Founder and CEO Phil Alison noted “we are pleased to attract an independent director of Rick’s
calibre and experience which will be invaluable as Cherri goes through the next stage of growth. His
background in agriculture and horticulture coupled with valuation will ensure the Company continues
to focus on building shareholder value and executing the business plan”.

Cherri is looking to appoint one further director to build out the skills and experience in the Company’s
governance moving the Board to four directors and is in final stages of a recruitment process with an
announcement expected in the coming weeks.

Rick’s appointment is effective 20 January 2023.
