1️⃣ Add 2 cups of our New Zealand grown pitted frozen cherries to a saucepan and cook down on the stove until juicy, then add in 1 tablespoon chia seeds to make into a jam. Set aside to cool.
2️⃣ Now let’s make our chocolate pudding. Purée together a 340gm container of silken tofu, 1 cup chocolate chips, melted, 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or more, to taste) and 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder.
3️⃣ Add a dollop of chia jam to a cup, top with chocolate pudding. You can eat right away BUT we think these taste best in the fridge overnight. Top with more fresh cherries for serving and DIG IN.
